Capertee National Park 1 As a big beneficiary from Eddie's on-going research I had been able to explore many places in Austrlaia so far. We booked a cottage inside Capertee NP for 5 days. I memorized this unfamiliar name of Capertee by repeatedly telling people that I was going during Christmas time. I had not had a clear idea actually where it was then. Shinsen Numa and Noboribetsu Day 9 Sunday the 14th October 2018 Early morning Eddie and I left hotel arond 4:30am to have a look at Shinsen-Numa Swamp area. Mt Yotei Day 8 Saturday 13 October 2018 1 The whole day was devoted for this memorable hike to Mt Yotei (Height:1898m). It took us 8 hours in total. I learned Mt Yotei was called Ezo Fuji which meant Mt Fuji in Hokkaido as Ezo was the old name for Hokkaido with half the height. I recalled Eddie aspired to go and see Mt Fuji when he was young. Jozankei On Sen and Niseko Day 7 Friday 1 Early morning we managed to see another impressive city park called Nakazima Park before leaving Sapporo. It was drizzling when we got out the hotel. Rain seemed to close the gap between me and the outer world cozily. I found a dozen Chinese tourists were standing holding umbrellas looking across the lake absorbing serene early morning ambience.
