The Great North Walk (Cowan to Brooklyn) Sunday morning my day started later than usual. It was overcast outside. At least we had a weather forecast that we wouldn't have rain through the day. I was not really motivated to do a hike. Neither was Suze. It was that kind of day for both of us. But somehow we ended up walking a part of the Great North Walk from Cowan to Brooklyn. Splendour Rock( Mt Dingo) 1 This time I was not enthusiastic about an overnight hike as a long weekend approached. I had been tired the last whole week and so was Suze especially with her work stress. On the other hand Eddie was getting itchy feet for a real good hike. I decided to do one night camping hike to Mt Dingo and they agreed to do it. It's not an easy trek for one day but divided it into two days sounded not to.. 2017. 10. 2.
Cuzco Again Plaza de Armas We had to leave Machu Picchu way earlier than our plan due to my daughter's sickness. We didn't have a choice but give up climbing to Mt Machu Picchu as well with a big regret. It was only around 8:30 am. Straight after we bade farewell to our guide.
