Easter 2018 Blue Mountains Friday Easter came. Unlike usual us we didn't have any concrete plan this time. I was being torn between two thoughts. Feeling like a real relax without doing much. Overland Track Closure: Day 5 and 6 Ducane Hut Day 5 Kia Ora to Windy Ridge(Bert Nicholas Hut): 9.6km plus 2.5km to waterfalls Our grandeur hiking trip was almost closing to end and it was our last night sleeping at the hut. Overland Track 4: Mt Ossa Day 4 Pelion Plains to Kia Ora( A total of 14 kilometres : 9 km plus 5 km round trip to Mt Ossa) I believe 'day 4' was our absolute highlight out of the total Overland Track. Overland Track 3: Scenic Day Day 3 Lake Windermere to Pelion Hut Truth was that we were very much susceptible to the extreme weather in the Tasmania mountains. On the other hand it was one of the most thrilling experiences to be exposed to such extreme conditions but with protective gears and some mental and physical preparations.
